Commonwealth Bank 2008/2009 Season Wind-Up
The wind-up for the 2008/2009 season is on Friday, 17 April 2009 at the Subiaco Football Club Clubrooms, which are situated at Leederville Oval, Vincent Street, Leederville.
- The evening commences at 7.00 p.m. and will conclude around 11.00 p.m.
A buffet dinner which will be served at 8.00 p.m. with presentation of trophies to be made in conjunction with the dinner.
Trophies will be presented in two groups - individual trophies and then the team and Club trophies.
- The cost for the function is $35 00 per person.
This price includes a buffet dinner and one free jug of beer or soft drink, or a carafe of wine, per person. Tickets for the free jug will be handed out at the door. Drinks in excess of this free jug will have to be purchased by patrons.
- Each Club is expected to be represented by a minimum of 2 persons per team. Each Club has been levied for the cost of 2 players per team regardless of the number of Club members attending.
A Club may have more than the minimum number of 2 persons per team attending the function.
- Trophy winners will not be issued with complimentary (free) tickets but it is requested that all trophy winners attend this function.
- Tickets will not be printed for the function, but each Club must pay for the number of people they advise that will be attending the function. The money for the numbers attending should be paid for prior to the date of the function. Only cheques (i.e. no cash) will be accepted from Clubs on the night.
At the function, each person will be asked to register at the door so a check can be made on the number of people attending.
- The numbers of persons attending from each Club must be advised to the Association as soon as possible but by the following date at the latest: Thursday, 9 April 2009

Stirling CC 40th Anniversary
Stirling CC will holding its 40th Anniversary Dinner at the WACA on Sat
21 Feb 09.
The Club commenced as Main Roads CC in 1968/69 season, was
sponsored by the Main Roads Social Club and played at Wellington Square.
We changed to Stirling-Main Roads in the early 80's and were playing
at De Lacey Reserve in Maylands. In 1986 we moved to our current home
at Coolbinia Reserve 1 on Bradford St Coolbinia and became the Stirling
CC.
Tickets cost $50, which includes dinner and drinks, and can be arranged
through David Hodgson on 0410 549 696, at dho24538@bigpond.net.au or
at the Clubrooms, Coolbinia Reserve 1, Bradford St, Coolbinia on Saturday
afternoons.
Let David know if you want to attend as soon as possible.
Tickets need to be paid for by Friday 13 Feb 09.
All past players are
welcome to come to the club on Sat 31 January from 3.30pm to join current
members for some food and refreshments.
